Hello all, Didn't make it to the game yesterday's. Any feedback on what went wrong? Surely Rothes were not the better team? Did HFC play well or not?

might be an idea to get bowman between the sticks again I think taking ross back could end up being a big mistake.

Disagree, Ive said our best centre half pairing in pre season was campbell and anderson, and away in newcastle or not, Campbell looked ready.

Bremner was only at fault for the pen, if it was a pen.

great start too the season a thrilling 4-3

rothes played well and although losing mike ewen, there performed well.

i wouldnt of gave the pen as it was so stupid

huntly played well in the second half and guildy was unlucky with the effort.

One down point, was the rothes fans

think thats all, bye for now

After the poor defence performance on saturday i heard there is to be a return of an old fans fave. in a move which could only be eclipsed by henrik returning to celtic kevin garioch might be coming out of retirement. anyone else hear of this?

Shaun, wot is your downside on the rothes fans?! I personally wish there was more of an atmosphere at hfl games nowadays!! bring back the days when huntly fans were as noisy as that!! before huntly's success, huntly had a large following not expectin much and the wins came so sweet because of it!! they were jus as noisy!! the only downside on the rothes fans was they sneaked drink into the ground and that is always a big no no!

and well done to the club for reacting so swiftly to that, and the police who at least provided an extra bit of banter on their arrival haha

tell you what tho the rothes game proves that there has to be better security at the games. i mean who the hell is going to be scared of les lawrence as they come through the gates, lets face it it was waiting to happen, he doesn't even wear a steward jacket! there is noone pattroling the ground and it is not very often you see the cops there but prob just a good job they were or .... ....., now that would have been entertainment!!!!!!

oh dear oh dear, never thought I would see Rothes put 4 past Huntly. thought when the Legend scored we were on our way - how wrong could I have been !
at least the Rothes fans gave us something to laugh about !
hopefully Saturday's performance was just be a blip.
Maybe they should have left on Green jnr - he might have played better than some of the team !
lets hope for a better result against the Broch tomorrow night
