What are you're ten standards or i've missed something??

They are

1. Our teams must be able to contend for Championship and cup titles
2. Our finances must be secure and annual budgets include sums for development
3. The Club must be managed to a high standard of professionalism
4. The club must be strongly committed to youth development
5. The club must have a strong supporter base organised through a supporters club
6. The club must have a well developed sports and social dimension
7. There must be a strong commitment to the local community
8. Our facilities must set standards for excellence
9. We must have a strong sponsorship base
10. We must set high standards for sportsmanship, behaviour and integrity.

Thanks AH, I have put a lot of work into developing these ten standards,the Board are taking them totally seriously, and I would like to think that all fans will get behind what we are trying to do here. The point is that if you do not define what you are trying to do, and measure yourself against it, then you will get nowhere.
