To be fair we were well on top, but because of our keeper's lack of ability to do anything with long shots the Vale took full advantage and scored three times with this method.

Plusses:

* John Cameron back (am still unsure why he was "dropped" after the broch game)
* Lee McGregor - a particular standout, and on this evidence will be back in the first time sooner rather than later
* Andrei - got an extended run - didnt score but showed he's eager and wanted the game (which few first picks normally do in these reserve games which are more about getting fitness up)

Needs work:

* keeper - see above!
* Craig Dorratt - not the same player Ive seen in previous U-21 games, but maybe he was just having an off night.
* Vales number 2 - verbal abuse at the lineslady was bang out of order, and ungentlemanly!
