Bremner in the Dark Gold

I was sorry to see Ross Bremner nursing a hand injury tonight ruling him out of the defeat by Wales.

Heres hoping it's not the whole tournament hes out for, because he had a smashing season and deserves a go in this.

aye spoke to someone who knows Brems very well and he has damaged tendons in his thumb.
really bad luck for Brems who deserved his chance of playing for Scotland
hope it wont be too long before you are back to usual self Brems

Brems made his Scotland debut today against the Republic of Ireland, and deserved a clean sheet.

Had very little to do until the last ten minutes, well he did have a bit of an argument with Ross MacNamara mid-second half when big ross talked back to him but apart from that.
Excellent save from Vinny Faherty with eight to go, but in almost the next attack the same player scored denying Brems a clean sheet.

Rough justice, Brems played well.
