It sucks that you have to work extra hours and don't get proper compensation for it. =(
How do you know that she is going home and eating excessively? Are you assuming this just because of her size? When I see a very thin woman I don't automatically think that she is anorexic or takes bad care of herself.
I agree that if she is unable to do her job, she should not be holding the position. There are other jobs she could get that wouldn't require her to be on her feet so much.
