      Edward Ruane of Ocean Gate died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 706 U.S. Hwy. 9, Bayville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, at St. Patricks Pro-Cathedral, 91 Washington Street, Newark.
      Eddie just lost his brother Denis January 3rd 2008.
