Something new at Bodholdt's is the Newark Photos page, just installed at http://www.thecanteen.com/newarkphotos.html . There's also a link through the front page of Bodholdt's. There's just a page or two so far, with more to come as time allows.
I've updated the Newark Photos page at http://www.thecanteen.com/newarkphotos2.html . I'll be adding some cool old downtown photos soon. Hope you all enjoy them. The webmaster at virtualnewarknj.com was kind enough to share these photos.
I've added a maps page and the Class of '65 photo, from Sr. Rita Damien's class, I think. I'll need a LOT of help filling in the blanks, so please give me a hand. (Both those links are on the main page.)
Thanks to Susan Kemka we have a couple more photos, one from her class -- 68 -- and one from the 1992 reunion (I'm the one holding the Martini). Thanks also, Susan, for filling in some "blanks" in the '66 class photo. Links are on the Main Page.
My husband and I remember Art very well. I think we went to a Chinese restaurant with him once. Knew him more from high school. His sister went to Our Lady of the Valley. We seem to run into each other in the last few years of high school. 1970-72. By the way, I graduated St Rose in 68 not 66.
Thanks to Linda Malanga, we now have pictures of the Class of '72 and the Class of '69 at their 1991 Reunion. Thanks again, Linda, and keep those photo coming, folks!
Anyone who can ID the folks in the reunion photo will have a candle lit in their honor!

Hello Debbie. Welcome to the site. When you talk to Grace again tell her I said hello. We are trying to locate people to sign on. Why hasn't Grace signed on? Maybe you can convince her!
Hi Debbie, glad to see I gave the correct address to Grace, considering it was out of the top of my head, but where the heck is she? Thanks for putting names to faces for us. Linda
I just got the chance to log on to the site and saw your message. I don't get on too often since I have a 12 year old son who is always on the computer. I graduated in 1969. I lived on No.9th St and attended St. Rose's since kindergarten. I spoke to Marlene Raab about getting some old pictures from the neighborhood since her whole family attended St Rose's (8 kids). Her family was very active in the parish. I'm sure she will be signing on to the website soon. Maybe Grace and I can meet all of you on Friday at Dickie Dee's.
Hope to see you then.
Hi john, You really are doing a wonderful job with the site. The additional pictures are amazing. So the people who weren't able to join us can see what the old stompingg grounds look like today. Very hard to believe! Roseville Avenue was the best street in the area, with the Doctors and the Lawyers and now is is totally run down. It truly is sad. Hopefully they can rebuild the area, like they are trying to do downtown, with the art center and new buildings and parks going up. It would be nice to see the old neighbor redeveloped. Well, keep up the good work, and I'll talk to yoou soon.

Hi Jim. Welcome to the site. Is Sara related to John McCree, class of 67 ? If so would you e-mail me with his number ? Joe Fueller and I have been trying to locate him for some time now. Thank you, Bob Davis
The person that you have listed as Richard Muzeni is actually Robert Muzeni. I think my brother Richard graduated in 67, Bob was in 69, and it was Bob that went to the reunion and is in the photo.
As I was looking at our class picture I saw that you have down Joe Abramson it was Joe Abraham. It caught my eye because the firm I work for is Abramson & Moffa in Roseland. I know how you worked really hard getting naming everyone. Thanks for all your time.
Just added pictures of the Class of '53 and the other Class of '62. Thanks, Judy Salviani Clarke and Jim Summa. We also need to name everybody in that '62 picture.
Happy to get around to updating the Members List -- welcome, Joe Day, Jeanne McCree, Vince O'Rourke and Frank Santora. Joe sent in a great photo of the Class of '57. Thanks, Joe. Keep those photos coming in, folks.
