I've just received my official Imperial Lancers name badge. Although I couldn't attend the wingding, I am grateful to Liz Rowe Chosich for sending it to me. Had I been there, I'd have told everyone how much I enjoyed the music and fellowship of the Lancers, flirting with the girls in the color guard (especially Sally Greiner), marching in the parades, the trip down the Shore, the after-practice visits to Grunings -- all those great things. It was golden. Congrats on what sounds like a great get-together. I will attend the next one if I have to get fired for it. Meanwhile, I will wear my badge and wait impatiently for someone to ask about it.
