This coming Friday is First Friday and we will have our monthly get-together at Cryan's in South Orange. The last three First Friday were extremely well attended! There will be a large crowd at Cryan's because there are other things going on at Cryan's this Friday! However, Bob Davis has assured us that our group will have the back room as always. The large crowd will make the get-together even more exciting (More Possibilities --- You Never Know!). Anyway, we'll see you there this Friday!

Being that this week will be the first Friday in MARCH, why not call it a St. Patrick's Day Party? I've a feeling that's gonna be the mood at Cryan's anyway. You could do the annual dust-off of all that green stuff you never wear all year. We might get an even better turnout if we put a theme to it, more or less.

Sounds good to me Marty, although Friday falls on Military Day, anyway.

I'll wear my green fatigues from 1970.

Weather permitting, my husband, Don Scher, and I would like to attend "Good Friday" at Cryan's with you all, but once there how will we find you?

Doris, Our group will be in the back of Cryan's. After you enter go to thr right and keep going all the way down until you can't go any more and that's where our SRL group will be! We look forward to seeing you there!

Please excuse my tardiness. I am now attended two in a row. Nice to hang out with people my own age, who are so young at heart. April Fools Day is the next one.

Seeing "700 Sundays" Thursday brought back some sad personal memories. The play is Billy Crystal's homage to his best friend, his dad, who he lost suddenly to a heart attack at the age of 15 in 1963.

But hanging out with Bernie Cook, Martin Kimball and others Friday night brought back many of the good, warm memories of growing up in Roseville. It was a good time.
Thank you John Crowley for bringing us all together. Lets do it again April Fool's Day and each person bring someone. My wife Jeanne and her brother Tony Parisi promise to come.
