It was quite enjoyable to be included in the NCC Volunter Luncheon yesterday, and I thank Candida and the NCC for extending the invitation. We enjoyed a nice buffet lunch at The Priory on W. Market Street (the former St. Joseph's, I think). There was some fine speechifying by Monsignor Linder and Principal Wilson, and I got to know some of the fine people who have kept our old neighborhood going through difficult times. It was an interesting and rewarding gathering.
