Ah, Christmas memories! This one is from 1961 and features a young Chef Jimbo Crowley, his ever-smiling little sister Deborah Ann and his brother John Francis, the future webmaster (always a model of decorum). This was taken at out home at 136 N. Fourth St. Merry Christmas, everybody.

Great picture, John. Looks like even then you were trying to figure out how to work that camera. I sympathize with your sister, I had "three" older brothers, I must have cried a lot too.. "Merry Christmas, and Thanks for the Memories."
I heard bells and for some reason I logged on...it's a xmas miracle...While I'm on... Merry Xmas Everybody...sorry I could not make it last Friday...promise next year...Jimbo
OMG that dress. I remember the types well. All itchey and stiff around the collars with the crinoline skirts. Swished when we toddled. My mother used to heavily starch mine. When I sat down the front bopped up so I had to hold my hands on my lap to lay it down. No wonder you were crying. I did regularly too :)
Norman "Jackie" Schultz SRL '61 sitting alone this Christmas morning at dunkin Donuts.
No family, No close friends. Just memories of Christmas past at 110 Fourth Street.
No presents for Jackie. How asd. I wonder how many others are alone at Christmas? .
Sorry to hear that about Norman. There's a song" Nobody ought to be alone at Christmas" I've heard it sung by Holiday Express. How about making Norman an Honorary guest next year at the Christmas party? It may not make up for a lonely Christmas, but at least he'll have good memories of a Christmas party held in his honor, or at least as a favorite attendee. Hopefully all of our other Orange St. friends have had a very Merry Christmas, had their bellies filled, drank enough eggnog to last until next year, and all arrive home safely, to enjoy the New Year.
