I was born & raised in Newark & Elizabeth. About a year ago I started to collect post cards of the places I lived well now I have 640 Newark post cards & growing. Most of them are over 100 years old. I was amazed on how Newark Looked back then. I am in my mid 30's so I missed the Great Newark of old. My father told me alot of great stories of Newark. I started to visit the places in the post cards. I found alot of places looked deff. but at the same time looked the same. I have 4 post cards with Tiffny Falls, Forrest Hills, Newark on them. So I started to look for this Falls, in Branch Brook Park. Could not find it anywhere. I looked on old 1800's maps of Newark I turned up nothing. Dose anyone know where this Falls was, Thank You

I'll check some of the old maps I have. By the way, me, we use our names here so people will know who we are.

Tiffany...not Tiffny
Here are some photos,

http://www.virtualnewarknj.com/imagepages/waterways/tiffanyfalls/index.htm

and here is an entire Wiki article

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forest_Hill,_Newark,_New_Jersey

and in that article it even mentions an old Tiffany factory.
I had never heard of the falls until you made mention of them.

And here is a really cool video I ran acrss about Forest Hill today.
