From the New Jersey Collection of the NPL comes this December 1941 photo of an unveiling in Military Park. On hand to premiere the Newark Chamber of Commerce billboard were (left to right) Edmund W. Wollmuth, executive VP of the Chamber; Eugene Barling, VP of United Advertising Corp., Commissioner Villani and Jerome B. Wiss, a Chamber director.
