He must be on the other side by now,,,,he was at least in his 50's back in 1967. The last time i set foot in there was to get two marlboro's for a nickel, play pinball...and met linda testa (class of 67)........

Sorry to say but Nick was shot to death in his store sometime in the 90's. I don't know the exact date, but remember that this occured. I remember when I was a kid I used to stop in there for a nickel coke,a dime if it was a cherry coke. My brother Ed used to hang in there playing the pinball machine, which my father frowned on. Nick used to stand in the doorway smoking a cigerette and if he saw my father coming he would hide Eddie in the back. Sadly I don't think his homocide was solved. I'll have to check on that.
