Does anyone know exactly what corner of Roseville & 7th Ave. the Franklin Washington Bank was on.

The Franklin Mortgage & Title Guaranty Co. was on Orange Street near Roseville Avenue. It was next to Bodholt's Diner. From 1950:

My mom's first job after Barringer '46 was working in downtown Newark for the Pru- 9-5- she made $10.00 a week- had to take the bus and eat @ Woolworths.
She was thrilled and delighted forever to land a job at the Franklin Washington for the princely sum of $18.00 a week working 9-3:30, she could walk to work and eat home for lunch.
The bank president knew all the employees and lived on Roseville Ave.
