Hi Mike. No I do not remember your sister, was she older then you or yonger? Susan and I became friends in 7th grade in Garfield 1968, and we were always together after that. We were even maid of honor for each other, we were married 2 months apart. But sadly I have not seen her since her 50th birthday, she will be 55 on New Years Eve.

My check is in the mail, Bob. I am looking forward to seeing some of my classmates from '65 there. Last year we produced more attendees than (almost) anyone. I will again wager an undisclosed amount that we will provide top numbers this year! And as Vinnie will be doing the DJ duties again, I know at some point I wil get up and dance. Have your cameras ready!

love you, but we planned this at Bobby and Pat's wedding.

We also have another 10-15 people who said they were coming. If you haven't sent a check in yet, don't. You can pay cash, no checks, at the door. This Party is going to be the best yet. Thank You all for your support! Bob

WOW! No Way-No How; Impossible I say. How can we be getting ALL this for $50.00. I was behind someone in line today, she paid $7.40 for 1 pack of cigaretts. This is the work of "The Miricle Workers" I am so looking forward to Friday Evening. See you all then............
There will be a Very Special Surprise Guest at the Party on Saturday. Most of you will know this guest. Who is it? You will have to show up to find out! BD
I will not be escorting Tiger's wife to the party.
Joanne and I have a business obligation that evening
(Her Company Christmas Party). We'll be down the shore
and won't be able to make it up to Cryan's We'll miss you all.
I know everyone will have a blast and we wish you all a very
Merry Christmas.
Doris, I've always said, as a former 11th streeter, that we are the smartest people from Roseville. Congratulations, you win the Prize! A big hug and kiss from the host! Also, free drinks at the Party! All night! And, you get your picture taken with the host, ME!!! We'll also keep the rest of them guessing. BD
There,s an 11 streeter who,s not coming to the party and has never been to the christmas party.it's a female and swhe knows you bob and your new wife. She did go to SRL.There was a bunch of kids and she told me to say hello
She might bhe a little younger then me , i'll be 55 jan. 6th i think her sister is my age ,she didn't go to SRL She went to Garfield with me.She told me she lived on the same block as you,she saw your wedding pixs on this site.and that when i said her name you would know her ,1 more clue there was a lot of girls
Mike, Our first guess would have been the Cuccolo's. But, you said the family went SRL. There was no other family with more than 3 or 4 kids, so we were stumped. Then you said they lived on the same block but, they lived across the railroad tracks on the next block. As soon as you said there were mostly girls and they went to Garfield we knew it was the Cuccolo Family. Probably Donna or Shiela. We both remember them well and would love to see or hear from them. Bring them to the Party! We'll talk tomorrow. Say hello from both of us and Merry Christmas to all the Cuccolo's. What a surprise! Thanks Mike! Bob & Pat
You got it bob its Darlene ,i see her all the time.and i think i got your surprise guest. initials D B could it be danny bing moy bings son.see you tomorrow night looking foward to it so is my wife
Hey Bob, Is the mystery guest named Argus? Just wondering cause he was at our Friday night party. He looked like he was going to sleep under the bar and wait for tonight.
He's a puppet named Argus Thornwall, lll. See you all tonight!
I agree, Laurie. How great it was seeing all our pals and making new friends. I was especially glad to meet Mike and Ellen Viscel and to see "Whitey" Davis looking so flamboyant. The music was excellent as usual, thanks to Vinnie F., the food was great and the booze likewise. Thanks so much to Bob and Pat Davis, Laurie, Deb Barnes and everyone who helped put the event together. I really needed my friends last night, and they were there for me. Merry Christmas, everybody.
My wife Ellen and i had a great time last night ,but how could you not have a gvood time in a room full of newarkers.I knew some people and some i didn't but everyone made us feel at home.It was nice to put some faces to the names. Thanks everybody
Thank you to all who made my night an evening filled with fun, laughter & memories. Everone looked so festive especially Donna & Mike(great tie) Pat Purcell(excellent scarf) my dear fried Ro(great dress & pearls) & especially Billy Strallow. He gets younger each time I see him. Next year I will be responsible for the desserts, as I felt bad that I only provided one tray (of which Pat Purcell got into way before dinner....A few were missing this year (Parisi) so let's make sure we get a bigger crowd next year...Thank you Bobby & Pat for the wedding photos...Take care everyone & I am glad we can get together & share these memories. PS...Thanks Donna for taking the photo of our table, you know that Ro, she is a big ham...Ha, Ha...PSS....Eileen, your hair looked fabulous.
I'd like to take this time to thank everyone who made it to this year's Christmas Party at Cryan's. Every year we strive to get at least 1 more person than we had the previous year. And, despite the horrible economy, we were able to acheive our goal for the fourth straight year. A special thank you to Vincent Falcetano for the excellent job with the DJ services. He provides this service every year, free of charge! I would also like to thank Laura Fonden Davis for the fabulous door prizes she pains-takingly accumulated for the party, despite having a very sick husband at home. And Dan and Martha Lane for donating 4 beautiful Bodholt's Diner Polo shirts. In addition, I thank Debbie Barnes, Eileen Strallow, Rosemary Perone and Katy and Meghan Barnes for helping with the 50/50. And, last but not least, Margaret Petrocelli for the wonderful Gourmet Christmas cookies that her husband Stanley allowed her to make for the Party! Thanks, Stan!!! If I left anyone out I assure you it was unintentional.
Finally, I want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I would also like everyone to remember Jim Crowley and the entire Crowley Clan during this Holiday Season. BD
