| dear physio mick, what do you recomend for treatment sustained in a car accident? First of all, get the victims on your side by telling them one of our players used to play for the team they support??
My neck has been bothering me lately, do you think I could claim compensation if it wasnt my fault?

Mr Fiend,
What a very interesting case you present, however a similar case was before me recently and the driver of the vehicle in question actually sued the passenger for providing a very poor map reading service, on another occasion members of the drivers family were present in the rear of the car and denied any knowledge of anyone being present in the passenger seat and the case was kicked out of court. You dont say if you were a fare paying passenger or merely being given a lift by a very kind friend, if it was the first instance your claim must have been made within one hour of the incident by telephone on the journey home, alyhough this could be wavered as you may have been very traumatised at the time. If the latter is the case then I suggest you send your very kind friend four cans of Carling and apologise for your dress sense on entry should you ever have to appear in court at one of my sessions. | |
