It works on IE 7

June 5 2008, 11:55 AM

I just typed in the following links: www.google.com

www.qbasicstation.com

Also, when I added URLs like: www.windowssecrets.com in the Non- Qbasic Forum only part of the link was highlighted, but the link worked. It is in the article "Make your PC Hard to Steal". I tried retyping, but no luck there.

Alas, I cannot get smileys to work though and I NEED them!

Ted

Supposedly IE 8 will fix the link recognition problems! Still Beta.......

It isn't like it is difficult...

June 5 2008, 3:13 PM

XHTML 2.0 (WD)

Code:
<a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml2/" title="XHTML 2.0 Working Draft">XHTML 2.0 (<font title="Working Draft">WD</font>)</a>

Too bad I can't take advantage of the DFN element. It would be more semantic than using the FONT element. :P

------------------
Waiting patiently for Windows 7, XHTML 2.0, CSS 3.0, PHP 6.0, the ratification of C++0x, and the day that I can code without logic troubles.
