Response to I so agree with that Sandy....

Yes it does. But that takes a preacher being sent to them personally I believe.

I have been involved in sowing seeds on the internet, thru witnessing and prayer, as well as the often the prays of others besides myself, that have brought about a true and complete conversion of another before. But that one had to have a preacher sent to them personally, to finish the job. And I don't necessarily mean a church pastor either. But some one to take them thru that conversion. At least for what is written in Acts 2:38 to be fulfilled anyway, Gerard. Now if your talking about bringing forth one that is not fully converted, then yes I could. But that is not what I want to happen at all. In fact, that is what happens to many, which is why they cannot overcome sin to begin with. Because they are not converted at all. Notice closely it says, in Acts chapter 3 that we are to repent, and then be converted. Not one thing there gerard, as so man believe but two specific things mentioned there isn't there? Often we do not pay real close attention to what is written. Often because of what we are taught to believe. And in this case, when one repents, they are converted. But it does not say that at all does it? Nope. And therefore, just because one repents does not mean they are converted at all. That is just a lie the devil has told most so they would not enter in to that conversion at all. His then still having an open door into that ones life still. Whereas the conversion finishes the job of closing the door to that ones life thereafter, as long as they continue in the faith of course.

Only by the grace of God go I,
Sandy
"If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God or whether I speak of myself. He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is IN him." John 7:17-18
