Response to Welcome Louis.
Whether you have a spiritual type of understanding about anything biblically, not matter what it is, if one knows that what is spiritual will become literal too. and because of seeing how the two does work together, whether you come up with the exact same answers concerning every jot and tittle, you still come up close to what is seen literally as well.
The problem comes in, when people do not see and recognize both. But also comes when we try to conjure up something spiritual on our own too, that interpretion not being of God at all, but from our own fleshly minds instead.
Which is why I told someone some time ago concerning Revelations, since there are three different and popular beliefs about this going around, and has been for some time, maybe all are true after all. Because of the fact that what is spiritual does manifest in the natural.
It is also true, it seems that sometimes, what happened yesterday will also happen again today when men are running things instead of God.
About Genesis concerning whether the days are actually literal or whether they are not, which they might not be because of what Peter wrote about a day being as a thousand years, and a thousand years as being as a day. does it really matter toward ones salvation in the end if they are or not? Not to me it doesn't. What matters is who I do worship, obey, and belong to in the end. Whether the devil, who is the god of this world, self who often wants to be a god too, or the true God instead.
Luv ya much,
Show me a liar and I'll show you a thief.
