Loaded language is emotive terminology that expresses value judgments. When used wittingly, the terminology is designed to cause the reader/listener to adopt those values when in fact no good reason has been given for doing so. It's also known as Prejudicial Language.

Example:

"What is obvious is when a person who posts here under one name disappears for a little while...then comes back using a name name....has something to hide and is trying to deceive.

***.....my question Marge was simple... if she allows it then fine....your reaction sure wreaks of guilt of something.... but if she is going to allow this with you....maybe we all should try it.???

who knows...?"
