Does it make a real difference if the Bible is not inerrant? Like, did the Flood really occur? Were Sodom and Gomorrah really destroyed? Was Jonah really carried around in the belly of a fish? Or, were these "parables" which didn't actually happen, but told "spiritual truths"?

it makes a GREAT deal of difference, because Jesus spoke about all three of these events and, if they aren't true, then Jesus is either ignorant or a liar - and cannot be God Incarnate, or Divine Man, or Sinless Lamb - and Christianity is a fake rather than a Salvation.
