Mr. Spondoro . . .

I am writing in regards to your absence from our weekly COT (city of trees) training runs every monday evening at 6:40. Your presence has been missed and you have been missing some spirited runs through sweltering heat, over hill and dale (not keys), and sometimes even through a river.

But seriously . . . you have done a superb job on this website. It's definitely one of the better designed race sites out there.
