The Bolin Foundation (Johnnie Bolin, President - and friends) along with The Chesterfield announces a 1-day rock festival in tribute to Sioux City’s very own Tommy Bolin. This year’s event will be extra special with the world wide release of Tommy Bolin's new CD "Whips & Roses" now available at Uncle John (in Sioux City) and other fine retailers.
