As I sat down to write up this post I was interrupted by my two dogs barking to come in from the rain-soaked back yard. As I entered the kitchen downstairs, heading toward the back door, I was greeted by the loud squawks of Hunny and Moki, my two parakeets.
Having just read the first installment of Bob Tarte's "Enslaved By Ducks", I smiled contently amidst my noisey pets because I now know that there is someone else out there whose animals - big and small alike - have taken over their heart. I will definitely be reading more of Bob's duck tale. My husband doesn't understand how I can let my two birds sit on, and poop on, an open cupboard door, but I suspect Bob Tarte understands.
