The issues the author discuses are of vital importance for any one, who understands that we are only hired for ability to make, maintain and support relationships. We as an ever growing nation of people are required to reach out beyond the boundaries of our immediate circle; we are now required to ever develop an ever widening sphere of influence. And our ability to relate to others determines our success or failure.
