Wow, after reading Doris' above comment now I want to read Echo House too. But I am becoming VERY engrossed in Unfinished Season. After today's read (4th) I feel like I'm sitting in their home, at their dining room table, like a fly on the wall and I love it! I love how the characters are building.....it may be too much dialogue and not enough action for some but this is my favorite type of book.
I had to smile at the "h" dilemma. I think when I am speaking, if the "h" sounds like a vowel, or is "silent?" I will throw an "an" in there before it depending on the word: "...an hour ago..." but then if you pronounce more of the "h" sound (huh!) "rode a horse...." I use "a". Writing always tricks me. "R" can cause the same dilemma: I frequently write up reports where I have to type in RN and I always struggle b/c my brain says use "an" before but I think it is "a". Oh, dear, I need to go roast my turkey! :)
