I have really enjoyed the sampling of this book, and will be looking for it in my local bookstore this wknd. I turned 50 last year, and it was as much a surprise to me as it was for this book's central character. Not upset - just not quite sure what it meant. This is something I don't often find discussed in literature, and deserves more attention. What happens when we are no longer "young" but not really (or perhaps unwilling to be) "old"? I'm beginning to realize it's a great opportunity for re-discovering aspects of myself that were shelved years ago. I'm learning that there's still plenty of living to do! Thanks!
