I've never been able to get into the neo-medieval fantasy genre....and this one is no exception. I've read better stuff from fanzines! Can you say clunky and unbelievable? I knew you could.

Captivating

I am not one to normally fancy myself with the readings of medival fantasy or the like. I tend to prefer the more "non-fiction" fiction. However, I have truly enjoyed reading these excerpts. Thank you for opening my mind to a truly enjoyable experience!

Enjoyable

I have actually read this book, and really enjoy it, but then again fantasy is my favorite genre. It is a unique spin on the history of the invasion of Ireland.

Blessings,
Nichol

History, Fantasy, Myth, Magic, Legend and Love

I couldn't be happier. This book is great! I read a lot of these types of books and I know this new trilogy will become one of my all time favorites.

Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier has everything you could want, History, Fantasy, Myth, Magic, Legend and Love. Just like the five elements, Water, Wind, Earth, Fire, and Light plus one.

As soon as I finished reading the fifth chapter I went to our nearest Booksamillion store and bought the paperback.

Thanks for introducing me to a fantastic new author.
