This one is just too exciting to stop reading! I am going right out and try to find it ASAP!

This reads like it should be a wonderful book! I actually reserved it at the library right after I finished reading the 1st installment and the second just leaves me wanting more. It's almost finals week right now so I am going to have to put off this pleasure but I am sure looking forward to it.

I haven't read the second installment of the book since I never received the first installment yesterday. Yesterday was the first I started getting them and for some reason this one I didn't get.

I thought, after reading the summary, "oh,no. Not another woman who can't get her act together". Please, not a book that's too painful to read. However, I thought that I could read anything for 5 minutes. By the end I was hooked. I wanted to put my arm around her shoulder fix her a cup of coffee.

I'm a subscriber to Suzanne's wonderful service, too, and I've found many new (to me) authors waiting in my inbox each morning. I can't tell you how exciting it is to see your own book excerpted for readers, but it's even more exciting to read your responses. Thanks for taking time to post your comments. I hope you'll go to your local library or bookstore and add GIRLS OF SUMMER to your TBR pile.

Usually, reading the synopsis of a novel will be the deciding factor for whether i will read the book or not. This book did NOT have a very interesting synopsis (i think that they could have done a better job getting people interested, but that's just my opinion)

It's a good thing I don't have the book and had the first chapter delivered to me or I might have missed this book.

I read the first installment and just couldn't wait for more (let's just say this: I was at my computer at midnight all week WAITING for the installments).
I put the book on hold at the library and I have a feeling that if the rest of the book is as good as the first two chapters, I have a feeling I'll be heading for the bookstore to get a copy

I love discovering new authors who already have several books in print. I got hooked on this book right off the bat as well and ran to the library to find it. I didn't find this one but found Annie & Sam's story. Another great one. The Girls of Summer wasn't at the library. I had to buy it :) Bummer, huh? I can't wait to read more of her books.
