This book comes at a perfect time. I sometimes feel as though I go in like a steamroller trying to convince people of new ideas.

Friends, co-workers, family, I have found that all, including myself seem to put up a wall of resistance when ideas for change are put out on the table.

Perhaps the author can enlighten us on some new approaches.

I liked the way the author organized the processes using words beggining with "re," my favorites were resonance and resistance. I have all of them posted on my wall at work as a REminder.
