I just read this a few weeks ago and thought it was a fun romp. It wasn't a book that would stay with you for years, but it was fun and entertaining and isn't that why we read romance? It was enjoyable enough that I thought I'd look for the others in the series. I liked that there were sub-plot romances as well as the main one, and I liked the characters. Enjoy!

I Like Carly Phillips and so far like Hot Stuff. I was first turned on to this author when I read her other Trilogy. I liked it. Humor and interesting storylines pulled me in. Quick, light and fun. That is the way I like to take my romantic medicine everyday.

Here it the other trilogy

Chandler Brothers
1. The Bachelor - Roman
2. The Playboy - Rick
3. The Heartbreaker (the Loner) - Chase

Hot Stuff

I like Carly Phillips and have read all her books. This one was kind of flat. I would give it a "C"... average... got through it... I did not really like any of the characters. They needed some punching up. And the story seemed to drag a bit.

I know this is the 1st of a Hot Zone series and "Hot Number", the 2nd book, is due out this year. I will probably read it in hopes that it picks up the pace.

I am more looking forward to the July release of the second book of the Costa sisters series, Summer Lovin'".
