Weel, I can't believe I am the first to comment on this book. It seems to be shaping up to be a real adventure romp- although I am not sure I would have classified it as Science Fiction. (Maybe we will be getting to the Science part soon.) The suspense is building and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop- so to speak. I don't know what I am going to do if the tension doesn't break in tomorrow's read. I will definitely be bugging the library to get this one if they don't have it.
It's been a while since a book has grabbed my attention like this one has. It's not often I get enthralled with the premise of genetic research gone awry. And I'm impressed with the writing so far. It doesn't seem to pander to those of us that don't have a degree in genetics or forensics, yet is interesting enough for the lay person. I can't wait to read the rest of it once my bookstore gets it in.
