I think that this book has an interesting beginning. For the first time the heroine is not a pampered rich girl. She is someone who is not at all that comfortable with the wealth she now has. This should be interesting to see how the author deals with these issues. Hopefully it will be an interesting book.

Does anybody know what time period this takes place in? Is this modern times?

I haven't read a lot of period pieces but this looks like it could be good. I hope we get to see how Adele deals with meeting her fiance's cousin.

This book does sound interesting. It is easy to relate to both the main character and her sister. I can't wait to see the main character evolve and what choices she will make.

I agree that it is easy to identify w/both the heroine and the sister. So hopefully this book will continue to be as interesting. I wonder what will lead her to her grand adventure. I also wonder what kind of hero Damion Renshaw will prove to be? I have read one other book by this author and I enjoyed it. Hopefully this one will be a good book.

The possibilities are delicious! Adele is ripe for adventure to make things "messy" in her life, and I'm curious to see the interaction between her and Damien Renshaw.

I have to say Suzanne was really mean to end this post where she did. Now we r going to be biting out nails till Fridays post comes out.
