A Loving Scoundrel by Johanna Lindsey Buy book: $6.80
The wildly popular Malory family saga by the #1 "New York Times" bestselling author continues, as the Malorys confront the shocking news that Jeremy, the rake hell son of gentleman pirate James Malory, has fallen in love.
At first, the summary of the story made it seem --"just o.k." However, for two days the email has ended way sooner than I was expecting. The story is very engaging, and I look forward to getting a hold of this book at the library.
This is a great book. I have read it and I think that it is good. I have also read other books by Johanna Lindsey. I have read the whole Malory series. If you like this book I would recommend reading the other books in this series.
To Trina,
There are about between 5-7 books prior to this. They are really good. They usually have a sub title that says "A Malory Novel." I recommend them.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll have to check these out. Do you think I'll be lost reading them out of order or is there a specific order to them?
Hi
All of the Malory books can stand alone; it is not confusing to read them out of order. However, they do sometimes make a reference to a couple or a situation from a previous book. I've read some out of order and it didn't interfere with my enjoyment of any of them.
To:Trina,
No you shouldn't get lost. Each story in this series is unique. Each story is an individual story. Some of the characters are mentioned in passing but umm if you haven't read any of the other series you shouldn't get lost. If you like this series I would also recommend author Julia Quinn's Bridgerton series.
I look forward to trying to find this book at our library. Our library is too small for most books so I end up buying them much to my husband's dismay. Poor man. Anyway, if anyone knows where I might get 'A Place of Her Own' by Brenda Novak, I would really appreciate it.
