I don't know about the rest of you but I havn't read a good historical romance in a while. This one starts out great! Action, possible death, Lady rescuing a helpless man…all the makings for a romantic plot. Ohhh the possibilities.
For a historical I Love dangerous Scots, deadly curses and especialy dark desires (if there actually dark). PLEASE let the romance be steamy not luke warm.
So far I like the writing style. Lots of talk less discription. Not too much back story, learning details through a few conversations and random thoughts.
