A little too much -

I started to read chapter 1. The way the characters were talking, the way they were discribed and just the overall feel was just a little too much. The author seemed to be writing a movie for AMC or TCM - if it were a movie you could say it was over acting.

Peter Robinson is one of my favourite mystery writers. I love British mysteries. This week though, Naming All the Animals is hijacking all of my interest!

Just now getting the book from library - my name finally came up - it caught my interest with the last read - hope it lives up to expectations and recommendations -

Playing with Fire -

Still reading on this one - I find British mysteries tend to slow me down a bit and I am not a "fast" reader to begin with - but some of their sayings - not to mention places - give me pause -

Am beginning to really get into it now and think I finally have all the characters in place and think I will be reading more of Banks and do hope he and Anne will get back together - think they will - the author is just playing us along -

As of now I haven't figured out "who did it?" - we'll see -
