I really like the start of this book. I will more than likely get this one and finish it.

I usually like books that start with plenty of action, but in this case, I think it detracts from the story. Michael is pretty much dead from the first word, even though we don't see him die until a few pages in. I can't gather any empathy because I wasn't invested in him to begin with. Maybe it will get better...

It will be interesting to see if Brace's mother is as altruistic as she seems at first. Probably not,right!

After work heading to the bookstore, I need to know what happens to Caroline now. I mean I pretty much can guess she'll live happily ever after with this Wade person. For me it's about the journey. I can always guess the ending, but how they got there that's the fun part.

I think this book was great, it capture my attention at the very beginning.

It's too bad that in these 5 days worth of reads, we have yet to meet the hero.
