Hello everyone,
My name is Zoe, and I have been a long time reader, but first time getting to respond to this messages. I mean long time, because when I join this book club and the many others that I'm in (Horror, Mystery, Science Fiction) I was 19 years old, that was back in 2004, now I'm 21. But that didn't mean that I don't like reading any the teen books anymore. I still do like reading them. It's a nice to still enjoy the teen books, were things are more easy and funny, then all the other book clubs that I'm in. Where they have more serious things, I mean they make it like it's life or death. So, it's nice to full back in to reading the teen books.
I really do like this book, but it is only the first section so I may change my mind. Im hoping that as the book progresses it will get out of 6th grade as I find sixth grade a bit too soon to be french kissing. I liked that he wrote a letter to the reader in the begginning it makes it seem more personal. I wounder how old he is when he wrote this? hmm maybe he'll tell us as it goes a long.
I really like the book and all but kind of dissaponited. When I joined this book club I was 11 and now Im 12. The books are a little bit to mature (and a tad bit boring)for kids my age. I really wish they would have preteen book clubs or if not that even a little bit of a childish book wouldnt be as bad. I checked all over the web but not even one!

Hello Corrie, Megan (our Dear Reader) and everyone else that are too shy to reply.
Corrie, I too like this book so far. As long there is not too much full on sex or too much talk about how some one feels by runny there hand down some one else. But I don't think things like that will be in a teen book. Well, I hope I don't find anything like that in it. I always feel uncomfortable reading things like that. That's why I hate romance books.

Well, I really hope that he don't even try to make out with Maggie. I bet that Mike Dichter or Kevin Cox, have neven make out with Eileen or anyone. How long are these kids are they? I have never fall in love with anyone. I neven even give it a thought. I was too busy trying to get though high school and getting a job.
Sheliza, you don't have to read every book in the teen bookclub. If you find some are boring, then just don't read it. I'm going to read this weeks mystery book, because I never have read any of the other books this auther has writen. I think most of the books that's the teen bookclub has a life lesson in them. Some are going to be boring then some going to have you laughing.

Ok now it is makeing sense, things happen a lot sooner in Beverly Hills than in normal places. Not that i've ever been there I just enjoy reading books about it.
Life is so much easyer when you are six years old. Everything in life back at that age looks like a adventure, and days go so fast. I'm at the age of 21 and I find the hards thing to do is to try to get my life moving again. I'm taped in a hole and the only way out is if someone gives me a job. The town that I life in is small with lots of people and harding any money. I have this mirror image in my mind of me moving in life, but some days that mirror gets cloudy.
