I'm a human resources executive and I've seen this all too often. And sometimes I've seen it in the mirror. Most of the time the problem stems from your personal reactions to change. I'm interested in reading more.

Get our of my own way at everything

June 16 2006, 5:43 AM

This book belongs to a business field subject, however, I feel deeply touched not only at my work. Since the auther gives me a hint every suffering things may come from those bad memories such as parents, teachers, friends and so on. Sometimes people criticize me, it makes me angry at the first beginning. After that guilty and sadness control my life. In the end, during relationships at work or families, I always am confused. Oops! I was not born to defense or offense anyone, anythings...These days reading really refresh myself without self-defeating behavior.
