Lovecraft is one of the reasons I began writing. He inspired me to begin writing, and thanks to him I've found my niche.
I recommend everyone read as much Lovecraft as you can, especially if you're in to the macabre and horror, even mystery. He was definitely a master of the genre.
I have never read Lovecraft before.I have heard he was good but never thought anything of it. After just these two snippets I am hooked and will be buying the book. This is some of the best storytelling I have come across.Fantastic.
