So far so good.

I think Dillon is a nice kid, but he has some issues wiht school. Normal for someone his age. THe only thing that seems weird is his name. Dillon Dillon. Now why would a parent name their kid after their last name?

Muy Buena!

Dillon Dillon keeps getting better and better each time I read it. I can't wait until my copy is here! Dillon seems to have a friend that he met now. I hope they continue to be friends.

???

Personally, I think this book sounds weird. I mean, him meeting LOONS????!!!! I'll try it, but the beginning is hard to follow. Oh well, I joined this to try different books, and this book sure is different!

Better

Today's excerpt was much better than yesterday's. I can't believe that happened to Dillon! I would be so upset, and yet he wasn't. If the book keeps getting better, I might think about getting it out of the library.

Ths story behind it all

July 25 2006, 4:36 PM

Personally, I really want to discover what the story is behind his name. There's gotta be a reason he's named that. I think it's probably tied into his being adopted... which we haven't technically discovered yet either. What do you guys think?

I don't care for the style of writing that much, but the story itself is... at least a little bit intruiging. Maybe.

I agree with Amanda, I don't care for the style of writing either. It's a little weird. The story itself is getting interesting. I also think that his name ties into him being adopted. I have a few theories, but I'll keep them to myself so that I don't accidently give anything away.
