Although MVT could become one of the most widely used management tools and has been applied by leading companies in every industry to create billions of dollars of value-no book on it has been published, until now.

Usually I read quite slowly and carefully, but after day 2, I realized that the "meat" of the book was not likely to be included in the excerpts. I've been following this reading through 5 days now; I feel as though I've been reading the marketing brochure. It's unfortunate to not get any of the meaningful parts of the book; based on what I did read, I might want to check out the book if it were in my library, but I certainly didn't get enough to convince me to buy it. Perhaps using a section further into the book would have been more useful?
