Interesting

It seems like a really unusual book so far. I like the details of Navajo history and culture.

It caught my eye from the word Navajo. I happen to be half Navajo and half Choctaw. I feel unique and I can somewhat relate to the story.

The School

The school seems to have very strict rules for children who have no clue what anyone is saying. Maybe the white man should have been more patient with them.

Code Talker...

An excellent read for readers of all age and ethnicity. I am really interested in my teenage daughter reading it. History is not always pretty ... but a necessary lesson otherwise we become blind and shortsighted (many are anyway) but it is always good to hear, listen, remember and relate to others.
