I've only read 1 of 5 so far, but I like it!
I'm somewhat of a self-help, personal growth-addict and I do believe from my own experience that we all have much more potential than we are currently utilizing. However, what I hope to read further in the book is the link between 'giving my best' and 'going along'. I feel my personal best is to follow my beliefs of forgiveness toward all even at the slightest distress at work which re-play over and over in my mind throughout the day. But in reality I'm not high in the heirarchy of the organization so I don't have a lot of pull or control in the important decisions that are made and in which I often do not agree. Am I 'going along' by staying? There's not a company out there that's going to have everyone agree with every decision.
