In this comic, romantic time-travel romp, a young woman fascinated by the life and work of Jane Austen finds herself mysteriously transported back to the author's beloved city of Bath in 1801.
Did we not just have a fantasy time travel book not too long ago? - as you can tell, I am definitely not into sci-fi or fantasy time travel books - but (trying to be gracious) - hope those of you who are enjoy this book -
As someone who often feels she's living in the wrong time period, I do enjoy reading books of this nature (especially if I can pretend I'm the main character). :)
I think I'm going to enjoy this one!

The hapless man, who feels the book-disease..."

I am going to so enjoy this as usual I have requested this selection from my local library. I absolutely love the first installment. Some of my favorite books are set in Enland "The Other Boleyn Sister and The Queens Fool". I will certainly enjoy this as well.
The beginning of this story already intrigues me. Although I do not know much of main time period used in this novel, I have the feeling I will learn a lot. And that always makes me a very happy reader. Also, I love how this is infused with a touch of comic relief and reality amidst the fantasy/sci-fi.
This book has defintely made its way to my reading list and I can't wait until I can continue this novel!!
