After reading how the female introduced to the team hesitated, I'm in: sounds right to me, as does the males' doubts about her ability, sight unseen.

After reading the very detailed description of the "body" today, not sure I want to read more - I like mysteries but may not want so much gory detail - maybe I'm like the ostrich hiding my head in the sand -

I'm new to this but I think it's a great idea. I was a little put off with this book at first because I thought the author jumped into the story too quickly. After reading the first few emails though, I'm hooked. It's on my list.
