Unsuspecting Rick Summers had simply gone to the cemetery to visit the graves of his mother & sister, killed in a car accident years earlier. Hehad the cabbie wait for him. But when he got back into the taxi, he didn't have the same driver. His new chauffer was a re-animated corpse. And he was about to take a drive into hell.

 

Well, I hate to sound rude, but to me, the style in which this author writes reminds me more of a high-school teenage boy, rather than an adults. Somehow, I think of the guys I knew back in school who submitted stories to our anthologies. The writing seems rather immature and almost as if the author is trying to be gross for grossness's own sake.

I think the story idea is interesting, but the editor should have had the writer polish his work before it was bound in print.

I'm enjoying this week's read. I already have this one on hold at the library.
