I usually don't like preachy "let me the all knowing tell you how to live your life" books, but this has possibilities.

I HAVE ONLY READ THE FIRST TWO DAYS SO FAR AND LOVE THIS BOOK ALREADY. MARY PIERCE HAS A WAY OF MAKING YOU LOOK AT LIFE AND REALIZE THAT EVERYONE GOES THRU SIMILAR THINGS. SHE IS FUNNY AND IS MAKING ME LAUGH BECAUSE SO FAR SHE HAS HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD WITH HUMOR! I ORDERED THE BOOK AND HOPE THAT MY LIBRARY CAN GET IT IN, IF NOT I WILL GO AND BUY THIS BOOK AT THE BOOKSTORE AND LOOK AT SOME OF HER OTHER BOOKS...JUST THE TITLES MAKE ME SMILE! Reading the first part of this book, I am certain this book is about MY life. Did someone take a peek and see the ups and downs that we face everyday? I am not certain, but it seems as if the author has been there done that, or she has a great many friends.
This book sounds like a "must read". Maybe I can learn something from this book so that I don't have to keep playing "Twister" at my age. Thanks for reviewing a very interesting book.

Today's read cinches it. I am getting this book. I am tired of having proverbs 31 shoved in my face. I've worked, homeschooled and taken care of a dying mother all at the same time, but didn't volunteer at church, or have adequate bible/ or prayer time, etc. so I wasn't good enough. I say ENOUGH!!!

I cannot find this book in the library. When will it become available? These books are fantastic, and I after I read the excerpts, I can't wait to pick them up from the library.

I can totally relate. We can get so overwhelmed with life that we cannot see or don't want to see that God is in control the whole time, not us. We can do the footwork, but he has the master plan.
