I've been enjoying the daily installments of this book and will look for it when its published.

I believe the author is right about happiness is in the details in everyday life and that some people choose to be happy and some people choose to be miserable. I decided a couple of years ago not to be miserable but I want to know how to increase my happiness.

Thanks,
Janet

Good so far

As a counselor in a chronic pain clinic, this appears to be a good book with useful ideas. I especially like the psychology and neurology information, instead of just "stop it!" advice. It will be interesting to review the full book.
